Depending on the level of access you desire, I have two options for you:
Membership $99 per month
Includes all visits scheduled at your convenience and additional access to me via phone, text, and portal messages. This model is intended to provide you with responsive and reliable health care without needing to schedule a visit for every health-related question or concern.
OR
$349 per visit cash pay
60 minute virtual visit.
All questions (other than refills for medicine that I have already prescribed) will be addressed during our scheduled appointment.
