Who
I’m a father, husband, brother, son, and perpetual optimist…
I grew up in Bellevue, Washington and attended Sammamish High School before going to Santa Clara University. I studied and majored in Finance and Operations Management but honestly was too immersed playing basketball for five years to look up at anything else. After graduation I moved to Los Angeles for two years, attempting to exhale from a lifetime of basketball and academics which left me feeling depleted and lacking purpose. I spent the next three years studying and practicing Buddhist meditation throughout the United States, Thailand, and Nepal. As the story goes, I moved back home to start a new life and for a girl (my now lovely wife). I was admitted to law school before applying to Bastyr University on my father’s recommendation to “check it out.” I dedicated the next two years working on my pre-requisites (as I had not taken a science class since high school) and the following six years completing my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I finished in 2016 and have been practicing ever since.
As a licensed physician in the state of Washington and Arizona, I can diagnose and treat disease and prescribe medicine. I have the following experience and training:
Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, Bastyr University
Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Bastyr University
Internship, BIORC (Bastyr Integrative Oncology Research Center)
Preceptor, True North Health Center (water fasting clinic)
Preceptor, Naturopaths Without Borders, Haiti
Physician, Holistique Naturopathic Medical Center
Physician, Voda Health
Physician, Centered In Wellness
NESH (New England School of Homeopathy), Certified
Walsh Research Institute, Certified
World Link Medical, Legacy, Trained
SSRP (Seeds Scientific Research & Performance) Peptide Therapy, Certified
Beyond my professional life, I am fascinated with the concept of truth and the reality of nature. I like to understand why things occur. I believe that healing in any form requires that we ask as much.
